Last updated: January 12th, 2026

Yurp LLC (“Yurp”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”). This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our website, applications, or services (collectively, the “Services”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Important: If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

  • Business Information: Company name, website, product details, pricing, sales scripts, FAQs, and other materials you upload to train your AI assistant.
  • Customer Data: Audio, video, transcriptions, meeting recordings, or other content you upload or enable through the Services.
  • Payment Information: Billing address and payment method. Sensitive payment details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we only store limited metadata.
  • Communications: Messages when you contact support or participate in surveys.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Log & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, access times, referring URLs, and interactions with our Services.

  • Device Data: Operating system, hardware settings, crash logs.

C. Information from Third Parties

  • Authentication Providers: Login credentials if you sign in via Google or other SSO providers.
  • Third-Party Integrations: When you connect services like Zoom, we receive data you authorize (e.g., meeting recordings, user profile information).

2) Third-Party Integrations (Zoom, etc.)

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms such as Zoom. When you connect a third-party account:

  • We receive OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) to access authorized data on your behalf
  • We access only the data you explicitly authorize (e.g., cloud recordings, user profile)
  • OAuth tokens are stored securely in our encrypted database
  • You may disconnect integrations at any time from your dashboard, which deletes stored tokens
  • Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services

Zoom-Specific: When you connect Zoom, we request the following permissions:

  • user:read - To access your Zoom email and account ID
  • recording:read - To access your cloud meeting recordings

We do not access your Zoom contacts, messages, calendar, or other Zoom data beyond these scopes.

4) AI Processing & Model Providers

To deliver AI-powered features (such as sales coaching and call analysis), we may send your inputs to our AI models and trusted third-party model providers (such as OpenAI) under data processing agreements.

  • Your data is processed to generate coaching suggestions and insights
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for verifying them
  • We do not use your data to train third-party AI models without consent

5) How We Share Your Information

  • Personalization and preferences

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may impair some features of the Services.

7) Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Access controls and authentication requirements
  • Regular security monitoring and audits
  • Secure storage of OAuth tokens (server-side only, never exposed to browsers)

Important: No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please protect your account credentials.

8) Data Retention & Deletion

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business/legal purposes (e.g., accounting, security, fraud prevention). Customer data may be deleted at your request, subject to legal and contractual obligations. Deleted content may persist in backups for a limited time. We may retain de-identified/aggregated data.
