Learn how to connect your Zoom account to Yurp

1. Connecting Zoom

Connect your Zoom account to automatically import your cloud recordings into Yurp.

Steps to connect:

  1. Log in to your Yurp account at yurp.ai/dashboard
  2. Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations
  3. Click the "Connect" button next to Zoom
  4. You'll be redirected to Zoom's authorization page
  5. Review the permissions and click "Authorize"
  6. You'll be redirected back to Yurp with a success message

Note: You must have Zoom cloud recording enabled on your account. Local recordings are not automatically imported.

2. Using the Integration

Once connected, Yurp will automatically import your Zoom cloud recordings.

What happens after connecting:

  • Your Zoom cloud recordings are imported into Yurp
  • Recordings are transcribed and analyzed by our AI
  • You'll receive coaching insights based on your calls
  • View all your calls in the Calls section of your dashboard

Supported features:

  • Cloud recording import
  • Meeting transcription
  • AI-powered call analysis
  • Sales coaching recommendations

3. Disconnecting Zoom

You can disconnect your Zoom account at any time.

Steps to disconnect:

  1. Log in to your Yurp account
  2. Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations
  3. Click the "Disconnect" button next to Zoom
  4. Confirm the disconnection

What happens when you disconnect:

  • Yurp will no longer have access to your Zoom account

Optional: You can also revoke access from your Zoom account settings at zoom.us/profile/setting → Apps → Installed Apps.

4. Data & Privacy

What data we access:

  • Your Zoom user profile (email, name)
  • Cloud recording files you authorize

How we protect your data:

  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
  • OAuth tokens are stored securely and never exposed to browsers
  • We use industry-standard security practices
  • You can delete your data at any time

For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Troubleshooting

Connection failed

If the connection fails, try disconnecting and reconnecting. Make sure you're logged into the correct Zoom account.

Recordings not appearing

Only cloud recordings are imported. Ensure cloud recording is enabled in your Zoom settings. New recordings may take a few minutes to appear.
